As a member of the Dai-Ichi Mutual Life Insurance Company, we are responsible for overall design and urban design. We are also involved in the management and operation of the facility.

Urban Development Project of Osaki District  |

Redevelopment of the town in the foregrounds of the west exit of JR Osaki Station neighboring Shinagawa Station, which will eventually become the arrival and departure station for the Tokaido Shinkansen, is now being launched as a built-up area appropriate for the sub-center of Tokyo. This project involves the compound development of housing and administration buildings, establishment of retail stores on the first floor of housing complexes that are functional and beautifully landscaped and linkage with the station via a dec.(picture drawn by computer-simulation)

Kawasaki Solid Square Project  |

| This is the redevelopment project on the site of Meiji Seika, five minutes walk from JR Kawasaki Station. This is an integrated administration building that adopts the redevelopment district plan system and one that has high amenities. A plan with a high floor area ratio of 750% was realized in the district where the standard floor area ratio of 200%. With an innovative design appropriate for the gate city of Kawasaki, this has become a new landmark. |

This is an integrated administration building that possesses one of the nation's largest atrium (non-pillar giant space of 45-meter height and area of 4,300 square meters). This has also become a new type of cultural facilities where TV drama series, commercials, events and others are held.
