Urban Regeneration Project for Yaesu, Nihonbashi and Kyobashi

This is a plan that attempts to conduct a daring and major reconstruction of Yaesu, Nihonbashi and Kyobashi districts extending in the foregrounds of Tokyo Station, which has continuously been the center of Japanese business world since the Edo Period to today, as a new symbol of the international city of Tokyo. We are engaging in redevelopment construction based on revolutionary concepts targeting various locations within the area with such concepts such as connecting the Toei Subway Asakusa Line to Tokyo Station, regeneration of Nihonbashi River, designation as emergency readjustment regions for urban regeneration among others in mind.
  Urban Regeneration Project for Iidachou

The region spreading over the area connected by the three stations of Iidabashi, Suidobashi and Kudanshita is in an environment that is lacking in urban-like atmosphere despite convenient transportation. For urban regeneration of this district, we proposed and actualized a vibrant space that utilizes flows optimal to a city through securing a high floor area ratio and realizing multi-functional and intensive land utilization.
Urban Regeneration Project for Ohtemachi, Marunouchi and Yurakucho

We have revealed our grand design for core regional development most critical to an "interactive global city" that is being advocated as the future picture of Tokyo. In particular, we have proposed town management and such oriented towards the development of greenery and water ecosystems, adoption of a globally interactive community infrastructure, and maintenance and advancement of quality for urban environment. This proposal is considerably contributing to the realization and success of the New Marunouchi Building that has become a landmark of Tokyo today.
