| We, ahead of the times, proposed a multi-functional multipurpose community abundant in internationalism that combines employment, residence ,recreation and education. We named this the "Rokko Intelligent City(RIC)". In this project, a "Development Unit System" that separates roads in grid-like manner and eases the assignment of roles between multiple developers was adopted. A business competition based upon our master plan was implemented. |
The land readjustment business was revised to meet the changing needs of the times. We contributed to the steady promotion of the land readjustment business in changing the district plan and such through consulting with the governmental authorities for the use of approximately 12 hectares of land. | ||

| Although a 254-hectare western district area comprising of Momochi, Jigyo, Odo and Meinohama had been developed as a part of the harbor plan for the port of Hakata, we viewed that the initial land use plan for authorizing reclamation would fail to stimulate the development of Fukuoka City and hence proposed a new multiple community plan. We successfully presented an appealing urban space that features an administration and cultural facility that meet the needs of the advanced information society, characteristic commercial facility, museum, sports and recreational facilities, medical facility , approximately 3,000 housings and others. Taking advantage of the "Asia- Pacific Exposition" to initiate town management was another innovative proposal. |
This district spreading over an area of 192 hectares is a multi-functional built-up area that constitutes a new city of Fukuoka City. We planned this under the essential theme of being in harmony with the environment. | ||

In the coastal regions of Tokyo where there is a pressing need for land use transformation, we are proposing an environmental creation city named " Oikos City " that pursues a radical transformation of an approximately 330-hectare old steelworks plant site owned by JFE into an environmental space with full greenery. |

| A council was formed with local governmental bodies among others and reviews are underway for policies concerning the land utilization and urban infrastructure readjustment for an old large-scale plant site owned by Nissan Motors. In order to achieve the smooth promotion of such, we have been assigned responsibility for the general consulting business.

Development permission was obtained in a eight-month period for a commercial facility project of a 15-hectare old plant site owned by Niigata Steel that had been in a deadlock. Land use transformation into sites for single-unit housing ( approximately 500 lots) and commercial facilities was realized. |
We comprehensively produced idle land into land for large-scale commercial facilities and single-unit housing as a reutilization plan, including modification of development permission. |
