UG continuously proposes and engages in numerous urban development projects based upon new concepts such as convention, resort, waterfront ,research park --idears produced to become the leader in urban development from early 1970's. These blueprints we created have resulted in the success of projects, "River City 21" and "Makuhari Baytown" as a start in 1980's. Recently, we have launched "Shibaura Island" themed on urban residence as a new lifestyle.

UG directs city by involving citizens play a leading role as well as making a good architecture more elegant. UG was established with these concepts in 1969. This year is the thirty-fifth anniversary. We are actively engaged in challenging the concept of "regeneration" which is the theme of the matured society.

As for future town management and architectural management, we believe that its promotion should be from the broad citizen's point of view such as residents, employees, the users, the land owners We focus on the relationships with the community from programming and planning to design and supervision , creating regional beauty and realizing good architecture with the reliable cost. In order to promote the business, the highly advanced design skills experience and know-how are mostly required. With our highly evaluated planning and design skills, we walk, think and create with the citizen.
